Standard property videos are the cheapest option for showing a property. We use great royalty free music to make the video fun and enjoyable to watch. Standard videos are filmed during daylight hours with the option to include sunset/twilight clips.

Standard walk-through videos are the cheapest deal for showing a property in-depthly. We use great royalty free music to make the video fun and enjoyable to watch. Standard walk-throughs are filmed during daylight hours with the option to include sunset/twilight clips.

Each Standard Walk-Through Includes:

  • Simple slower shots.

  • Drone included.

  • Filmed within 1.5 hours, 30 minute agent tour.

  • 1 hour to get all the b-roll shots.

  • Standard color grade.

  • Royalty free music.

The standard video is to show the property, the EPIC video is about making the video entertaining. We turn your property video(s) into a cinematic masterpiece that anyone would enjoy watching while keeping the details of the house informational but engaging! Every EPIC video includes day, twilight and night shots to show each part of the house at the best time of the day.

 

Ideal time to start filming is 3 hours before sunset. Agents should arrive no later than 2 hours before sunset.
